Revolutionary Girl Utena S1E5: “The Sunlit Garden Pt. Two”
Let's see what's up with piano-playing student council femboy Micki, psychotic ectotherm-hoarding bully incister Nanami, and both of their unexplained fascinations with Anthy.

WH40K: “Kal Jerico, Sinner's Bounty” (part sixteen)
In the gloomy murk of the era thirty-eight thousand years hence, there are so many damned memes.

Revolutionary Girl Utena S1E4: “The Sunlit Garden Pt. One”
I think Anthy should just wear a helmet. Or like. Glue some spikes to her face. Every single episode so far has had someone smack her there hard enough to leave a mark.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood S2E22: “The Oath In the Tunnel”
They’re in a tunnel now. Time for an oath to be sworn?

Revolutionary Girl Utena S1E3: “On The Night Of The Ball”
Ball, you say? I suspect Utena's going to be introduced to the rest of the student council at the event in question, and that things aren't going to go all that well at least in the longrun.

WH40K: “Kal Jerico, Sinner's Bounty” (part fifteen)
I've used up all my jokey intro ideas at this point.

Revolutionary Girl Utena S1E2: "For Whom the Rose Smiles"
Technically, Anthy introduces it as her "friend" rather than her pet. I'm just going to call it her abomination.

WH40K: “Kal Jerico, Sinner's Bounty” (part fourteen)
Somehow, there's still four and a half hours of this.

Revolutionary Girl Utena S1E1: “The Rose Bride” (part two)
Revolutionary Girl Utena is a very literal narrative that doesn’t lean on metaphor or symbolism.

Revolutionary Girl Utena S1E1: “The Rose Bride” (part one)
So, the student council is an occult secret society charged with the care of an undercover goddess. Surprisingly mundane, for an anime high school.

The Hidden People (part two)
Where we left off, the police had interviewed all four of the principle characters, including sort-of-protagonist Mackenna Thorne and her brother Thomas, but the murder-by-spear-and-shadowwolves of their parents. The actual culprit, a demonic mirror clone of Mackenna who is also a werewolf puca alien abductee, has meanwhile just killed some punks in a nearby city.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood S2E21: “Emissary of Darkness”
Hohenheim does still need to explain the whole "disappeared on my family for a decade and left my sons totally abandoned after their mother died" thing.

The Hidden People (part one)
So, she was a changeling all along. Then, last night, a werewolf broke into her house, killed her parents, and infected her, which attracted the attention of the aliens who abducted and experimented on her. This plot is way too predictable.

Fate/Zero S1E10: “Rin's Big Adventure”
It's a filler episode, but it's a very good filler episode.

Fate/Zero S1E9: “Master And Servant”
Well, at least SOMEbody is taking this truce seriously.

Fate/Zero S1E8: “The Mage-Slayer”
Flash forward again to a golden future, when Type Moon is actually somewhat entertaining!

WH40K: “Kal Jerico, Sinner's Bounty” (part ten)
I forgot how hilariously dissonant Mark Elsob's voice is with this story. Just hearing that posh, erudite voice reading the chapter title got me chuckling.
