Chainsaw Man #13: "Gun Devil"
I'm not sure if I can rightly call Chainsaw Man a great work of literature, but I can confidently call it an endlessly entertaining one, and quite a bit smarter than it looks.

The Medusa Chronicles, "Encounter In the Deep," 1.6-7
I was really expecting the story to improve once we got into some action plots and high tech problem solving. I'm stunned and disappointed that it actually got worse.

The Medusa Chronicles, "Encounter In the Deep," 1.4-5
This is a story about human relationships and community written by people who have never gone outside.

Kill Six Billion Demons IV: King of Swords (part three)
We follow Killy as she proceeds through her morning routine. Makeup. Coffee. Skulltop Tai-Chi while the dolo monkeys eat her unwatched coffee cup. Shopping, interrupted by using some eager local children as weights for an impromptu lifting session. Breakfast. Training session with White Chain. Etc.

Chainsaw Man #8-9: "Chainsaw vs. Bat" and "Rescue"
The blood I really thirsted for was friendship.

Kill Six Billion Demons IV: “King of Swords” (part two)
This is so dumb I can't not like it.

Look Back (part three)
I can already picture the flame wars over whether or not Funimation fucked up the English dub. Well, at least the studio had the budget to improve on the manga's background art. Serious, the Shark Kick panel backgrounds look like shit.

Chainsaw Man #5: “A Way to Touch Some Boobs”
Also, apparently Makima is a redhead. I'd been picturing her as blonde this whole time, and my mind just can't square that circle now. :/

The Bots Master S1E1: "Adios ZZ"
The most interesting thing about this pilot is that, with a bit of tinkering, it could have easily been another show's villain backstory episode.

Kill Six Billion Demons IV: “King of Swords” (part one)
Well, he definitely seems like the sanest of the Black Kings we've met so far, regardless of whether or not he's the best intentioned.

Look Back (part two)
They enter their senior year of high school with multiple publications under their belts, and a bright future ahead of them doing hard labor in the Shonen Jump mines under the lash of a Shueisha taskmaster

Usagi Yojimbo #4: "Bounty Hunter"
Heh, I probably should have seen this coming from the beginning when Genno made a point of telling the innkeeper to put everything on credit.

Kill Six Billion Demons Volume III: Seeker of Thrones (Final Analysis)
Most importantly, "Wielder" was about the poison of inaction and learned helplessness, while "Seeker" is about the hazards of action and power.

Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War S2E4: "Ai Hayasaka Wants Him to Fall for Her" (Uncle Sam Wants You to Fall for Ai Hayasaka)
...is this a dream sequence? This is feeling a lot like a dream sequence.
